HKTB - Halloween digital art illustration commission

To celebrate Halloween, the Hong Kong Tourism board commissioned a set of digital artwork pieces that mixed original photographs of the city with fun Halloween illustration. Using existing landmarks in Hong Kong, photo manipulation was used to playful Halloween scenes.
